The Perfect Parsnip!

Vegan Parsnip and Pear Baby Food
Ingredients
- 7 large parsnips, peeled, cooked and pureed
- 3 containers Petit Organics Simply Pears
- 2-4 cups water
- 1 tsp cardamom
- Black pepper and sea salt to taste
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring to a low boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer 5-10 min. Option to garnish with a fresh herb like dill, parsley or sage. Serve warm.
- BONUS: This can actually be served as a scrumptious soup on a cold winter day for the entire family!
